It's a startup. If you are an enthusiastic person you will get to learn about market research in detail.

Work life balance and work culture is very poor. Quite unprofessional paying their PF contribution. No other benefits as such to mention.

Overall, not a place if you want to grow professionally. You will never get appreciated for your hard work and efforts after working for 12 odd hours daily. After performing so well, you'll have to beg the management for appraisal which ultimately questions your dignity. HR is as good as invisible, still an adolescent, thanks to management. Never approach this statup else you will be squeezed.

The people running this place are frauds. They don't pay salary and keep you waiting for two three months.. PF is pending for employees as old as 2-3 years and they have no intent to clear it.
