Dislikes

No strong dislikes but feedback to the management/leadership: I understand it's hard to bring diversity to the team, but maybe focus on that and keep that as a priority while hiring. Have a dedicated team for each role - Admin, IT etc so a person working under these roles has a clear idea of their career path and can completely focus on one role.
