They will make you work like a donkey for 11-12 hours daily. Earned Leaves or Paid Leaves are just on paper Team Lead will not approve stating that new projects are coming won't be possible giving leaves. Higher Management is also pathetic if you have any concern with your Team Lead or had an argument instead of trying to resolve, higher management will not interfere or take any action against Team lead and instead kick you out if your Team Lead says so. No Job Security. No Incentives. They will make you work day and night showing carrot named incentives but after a quarter they will give non sense reason like team target was not met up some margin in first month or second month and terminate the incentives. During pandemic(April 20- December 20) they made employees on half salary now even after two years they haven't cleared the arrears. The salary package offered are also below average the market standards (eg for an MBA + Engg fresher they offer only 2.8 LPA package) No proper training will be provided no Upskilling sessions are done.
