Various benefits make my work experience at Markelytics good. The top management lends an ear to the employees and considers their suggestions. There is fixed work timing as well as days. We often have meetings to discuss new projects where I get to share my ideas. With this company, I have had the most relaxing weekends. I am not required to work on the weekends.

Dislikes

For the continuous upskilling of employees, there should be frequent sessions or programs.

with this job, I got the opportunity to improve myself in various areas. I cam here with good skills but lacked enough confidence. My team lead always motivated me and helped me find the right direction with respect to any work. While my skills were getting even better, I experienced an increase in my confidence too.

As long as I am learning in an office. I am satisfied In this office too, learning is possible in various ways. It is amazing that even those with less experience are skilled. Then I also acquire knowledge from my seniors. They are expert is the software testing field. Also, they genuinely help me to grow by imparting knowledge to me.

I like the resources available here to the employees. There are no issues regarding the internet or even electricity. Work policies are very flexible and the employees do not misuse them. Facilities like paid leaves, sick leaves, etc., are given. The employees are kept happy through various programs. In these programs, they are recognized. Sometimes, lunch programs are observed too.

Among some teams, the competition is healthy. But among others, it can be high.

I joined here in July. I am an experienced employee but was looking for a company with endless projects, good seniors, and some flexibility. I have been working on multiple projects here under the guidance of my seniors who maintain corporate etiquettes & decorum. The flexibility given in some areas is fine.

Multi-tasking abilities are always helpful but sometimes tasks get stretched and it makes things a little difficult.

During the lockdown, I was facing a few issues. The management instantly gave me practical. solutions. I think that if the management would not have helped me, then I might have to take many leaves. So, many thanks to the management. What more I like here is the dedication of the employees. It gives me much pleasure to work with people who are so sincere about their duties.

As I said, few issues were there but were quickly solved. In 3 years, I think this happened only once.
