Working Place is very good but yes there is lot of politics especially partiality inner gossips terrible lady manager, Salary is decent but growth is neutral, once you resign the management is worst they don't even help you for anything like of or for experience letter they play a game and acts

For job stability, I joined Markelytics Solutions. The management gave me the assurance that I could peacefully work here. This company has values that indeed ensure me that my job is secure. Along with that, the environment is good. I did not require much time for me to be part of the team and feel included.

I like the policies exercised by the company. For leaves, employee safety, and the environment, good policies have been formed. Also, this company has active managers. My experience with this company has been exceptional. It has the work culture I yearned for in my previous company. My colleagues truly understand what teamwork means. They collaborate so nicely and ensure so gaps in communication. Team handling is also excellently done by leaders. They make sure that employees work without experiencing any conflicts.

A few emails from clients are not promptly replied. This causes delays in some tasks

With this job opportunity, I got the option the explore diverse projects. The clients are from different industries. Some of these industries are entirely new to me. That is why I get to learn plenty of new things here. There are certain technologies that I am exploring for the first time. Definitely, there is a high level of learning offered.

After a year here, I still feel that there is so much to learn. Growth is something that remains constant. I have worked on plenty of projects in this duration. There are more projects to look forward to. A lot of exposure is there in store for me. My knowledge has consistently increased through these projects. I can see myself more knowledgeable in the time to come.

I am happy with the flexibility given to me. The company has given me varying kinds of tasks. It is up to me how to reach the deadlines and plan my day. There is no rigid approach to working here on any day. I believe that when I manage my work in this way, I am more responsible.

The staff is very good here. Only a few managers are very strict regarding the work.
