I have never seen such stupid set of rules un realistic way of approaching hell lot of drama. Finally they want to climb the bigger steps simply pressurising ground staff. You will not get recognized even after you put your efforts and help in yielding results. If you are a Modern trade guy, then please leave this company for good as they treat MT as a wing to get their anger out. You hardly anticipate the career growth unless you are pet for any of senior managers. Pandemic had out loudly proven above facts again.Nothing more than that.
