however, implementing such changes can take some time. Sadly, due to a few policies not meeting industry standards, a handful of talented employees have left during this period. Improvements are necessary in several areas, including work hours, parking accommodations, and air conditioning.

Pros Good team, job security & work-life balance ,may be vary from department to department. Two days weeks off.

Dislikes

Cons 1.Management & HR policy is pathetic. 2.Parking fee for employees ₹1800/month for a car. 3.No flexible timings. 4.No ontime salary hike . 5.No option for adding family members in insurance even if we are ready to pay. 6.10.30 hr / day long shift.

Nothing is good here only show off. Please don't spoil your career by joining this company. Group of unskilled jokers without any MNC experience is running this organization to spoil Lulu group good name. More than 10 staff resigned in last year.

Full of politics if you like to play politics this place is good for you. School like environment. Very low Salary. No Salary Hike. No Career Growth. Unethical policies. No recognition for skilled people. Full of politics talent won't be considered. IT Director SK is the worst person I have ever seen in my life with full of ego. SK your Karma will kick you back wait for that moment.
