Recognizing the importance of a clear and well-defined management structure, our management team includes leaders across various functions/clusters (Org Maturity, BA, QA, Development, etc.), comprising more than 15% of our workforce. Over the past year, we achieved significant growth, ensuring that our teams have a wealth of projects to contribute to. Our work policy emphasizes a balance between in-person collaboration and flexibility. Employees are expected to work from the office only four days a week and can utilize their yearly allotment of 10 WFH days. We also take special considerations, such as family commitments and medical issues, very seriously for allowing people additional WFH days. Additionally, our leave policy includes 20 days of Casual Leave per year, along with other leave options such as bereavement and marriage leave to support overall work-life balance.
