Working in COMMS department is good and having nice experience with colleagues and higher management. They will provide the guidance & suggestion to improve our self and raise the potentially. Awards and recognisetion will come timely and will get better opportunities in carrier.

Dislikes

To grow more and get promotions need back end support. If one is going on doing he will be fullfilled but measuring jar will be tilting but will not fall thinking of future and looking for next.

I was a direct recruit fr naukri no reference or godfather you can only grow in this company if you know someone at a high level or have reference there is no recognition for your contributions and thr line manager will take all thr credit for your work

Terrible work life balance and there is disproportionate work given for your abilities you are given work beyond your JD and not suitably rewarded.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
