There are a lot of things to dislike 1) you have to work from 8:30 - 9 pm 2) you are not allowed to travel out of territory without ABM permission 3) there's is no job security 4) a lot of partiality and internal politics 5) they treat like robot 🤖

There is now working life balance work starts at 9.30 am ends at 11 pm, if you don't want to give your family time then it's a good company for you, worst culture they will fire you anytime make you sit at home without any reason so that you give resignation

They will fire you without any notice make you sit at home for 6 months without salary, no long leaves granted even after working many years
