When I put review on Google company hr and pune sales head call me and giving me dhamaki ki review delete kro nhi to woh mera career barbad kar denge. Mitosh navle ne mara against planning kar k owner ko stupid banaya hai our woh Manisha ma'am stupid ban bhi jati hai kyu ki is ko manipulate Krna ata hai woh muze bol rahe hai Mera remaining incentive and salary nhi denge vaise bhi tumhari bhikari company hai woh kya paisa dengi employee ki salary our incentive khana hi ata hai apko. Hr pune sales head k sath mil k bol rhi hai uski bohot pahchan hai woh muze market me tikne nhi dengi. Appointment letter have only one sided clauses, which is legally considered as Unfair trade or labor practices. Not paying incentives to top performing staffs.

There is nothing like about Manisha life spaces owner have a very pathetic policy he tell us to tell lie to his own marketing team lead cost if the lead cost is 700 he tell us to 4X and put in CRM big time scam with his own team big lier and cheater please save your career and don't join in and destroy your career

Nothing like about them there mentality is worse big problem they have a setup to cheat there own team and give fake promises.. No salary on time No incentives nothing you will get if you have courage for 3-6months join you will definitely leave the company as they have the record no one stay there for more then 6months as they show there true colours to there employee

No work life balance. The owner treats employees as bonded labourers. No respect for employees. Also the current HR is a big liar. She doesn't speak truth at all till you give her a proof that you are right. And the biggest con here is they don't reply to normal calls. You'll have to call on WA that's their policy to avoid call recording. Also wanted to add the owners check your personal phone and even what interaction you've had with your colleagues on chat. If its company number that is OK but they check personal phones n WA msgs. Happened with me n when I denied he said u r a fraud and what not.
