The store manager lali is very partial with staff only the old staff Jyoti parul jayati kunal can sit in staff room for whole day. They are working or not doesn’t matter. But the new staff can’t sit anywhere. Jyoti’s husband and her daughter came daily to the store, laughing sitting in store playing in front of clients. And its allgood But lali instruct everyone to not have fun with new staff, dont talk to them, don’t eat with they Lali doesn’t want to us to grow. Only few old people’s have fun actually they are not working, they are having fun they are not working at all. I really wanted to work there, she denied she said please find something else. New staff cant have coffee or even cant put their bags in staff room. They dont allow let your water bottle keep in staff room. And jyoti has a worst attitude. It was not allowed to staff wearing printed bright colours but jyoti and parul can wear any prints any neon colours. Rule is different for everyone. And don’t even tell you your boundaries Example if jyoti parul is gossiping whole day outside the store. New staff will join them why not everyone wants to know everyone with whom they are working. And juniors will copy seniors But juniors would be scolded And seniors not for the same thing....Read More

Team mates (senior designers) are very insecured & harrass the new comers in terms of work & sometimes personally too. The designer himself is soo self obsessed that the assistants are ill-treated.
