The product folks are quite experienced and smart, promoting one's growth and learning. Last but not the least, MakeMyTrip sets benchmark in terms of work life balance and employee benefits (such as unlimited leave policy)

Dislikes

The compensation is at par with the industry standards but can be made better in comparison to companies with similar business scale and reputation. The past work and quality of experience should also be accounted for (various purposes), instead of majorly focusing on work done and time spent at MakeMyTrip only.
