It is an excellent organisation to learn and explore yourself.very supporting Team leaders and Management.Gives good scope for improve Research & development skills and very cooperative Management.

Dislikes

Nothing much they will give a fair Appraisals and Promotions but there is a little bit late in giving increments that is the only thing which I dislike about the organisation.

Work wise company is good and one can learn the work upto the mark, but very poor HR team , they don’t know how to interact with employes. Very bad outcome from HR team. Lacking with HR team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
