Company's culture is great, Interaction with senior management is smooth and you can learn so much about the Industry, develop your personal and professional skills. It gives you opportunity to travel for trade shows, conference and seminars so you can meet your clients face to face and get exposure.

Dislikes

nothing really, may be transport and cabs alignment can be improved.

I am somebody who has more than 11+ years of experience in total and have worked with big brands like HCL, Barclays and have submitted the same educational certificates which I submitted with Cvent, however, as per them my documents are FAKE. To join Cvent, I left my job from my last org. where I was working happily for 6+ years. I joined Cvent, they did the BGV post my joining and found after three weeks that I submitted fake documents (Funny it is). Now for the past three months I have been unemployed as I have been trying to find a Good company to join. I was also told by the recruiter initially that it will be Hybrid, but surprise was there. 5 days work from office which means traveling 100+ KM everyday. Post joining Cvent and when we started meeting the employees there (Managers and Sr. manager) we also got to know that our job is not safe there, we can be fired anytime if we do not clear the assessment. No Work life balance. Indian managers are losers here. You have to work in US shifts. Because of which you will see lot of divorcees here. My manager called technical work as a kind of useless operational work. He did not give respect to his juniors who are doing the actual work. In the end, he does nothing and always ends up taking credit of his juniors.

I used to like the culture and work life balance but since Blackstone acquired it's a living hell.

Dislikes

The work politics are just too bad to survive. The management is sick and does not want someone to grow. The average appraisals after 2 years into the company are below 5% and there's no learning or development happening. The perks are just a pizza in 3-4 months and food that they provide is so bad that even the pigs won't like to eat that.

There is office politics in thr Middle management, which sours the experience. Anyone who is willing to snitch on other team members is given priority for promotions and performance data is manipulated to achieve that.

Dislikes

Appraisals have gone down and they have reduced their budgets after Blackstone took over. I is still not a big red flag as they give peace of mind and job security with it.
