Baoiam is very great company which provides opportunities to freshers to get real life work experience. And it's working culture sir really great , flexible hours,days and shifts and they are very good in supporting. It was really a very great opportunity to work in baoiam. No work life balance They worked us everyday Meetings are held by anytime no sense of time First they will say u can work for 3/day but eventually puts u under pressure to complete the task within a day

Collaborative culture: One of the greatest thing was the collaborative culture and weekly meetings to track progress.

Difficulty staying focused: Working from home as a online web development intern was difficult because i was always tempted to not work and engage into something unproductive but my team leader made sure that i stay motivated.
