BAOIAM provides a great and supportive environment where team leads and managers are as friendly and sweet as friends. This company also gives tasks and real time projects which helps in growth and pushing up limits.

Dislikes

BAOIAM lacks professionalism in their management and staff. There were many issues regarding offer letters too which were provided at the end of internship. Moreover, the task and progress record of interns were not kept and hence appreciations are provided to the ones who have not worked even a single task.

Amazing work experience at BAOIAM. Great start to my career. I got to learn new things from my team and mentor. Regardless to say Siddharth sir is a very good mentor. BAOIAM helped me in knowing work culture of the company.

Honestly, very rarely i write a review, but i couldn't stop myself to write for this company Because they treat you not as an employee despite of that a family member. Work culture is really good. I joined as a fresher with not any experience but after joining a gain a lot of exposure to work on real life projects with amazing team of Baoiam.
