MSEDCL is a public utility company and you are in a direct contact with public. You will meet all types of public and you will have all good and bad experiences. Don't expect a standard working condition. If you are a section or sub division in charge then you have to involve in work 24 hours. You can't switch off your mobile incoming. There is no rule.
