Verygoodteamwork company being state govt PSU work atmosphere was as usual in govt sector.Basically my job was related to power generation for large time& procurement at central purchase organization for small stint.ample opportunity to learn and grow

Decision making process slow delegation of finial powers highly centralised work life balance good compensation. HPSEB is producing green power and supplying cheapest electricity to state consumers even being hilly state HPSEB achieved 100% electrification 30 years back in 1988

Nothing you should do if are in need of money and not getting any type of job if you are doing i must say it is good you are at least getting some money use that money for upskill apne skill pe lagao koi 20k 30k save kar k koi accha electrical ya it course kar k upskill karo khudko job tabhi lagegi if you don't have skills you will not get decent job

If you are doing apprenticeship don't get too involved in that environment get out that environment like upskill yourself focus on what you can do best for your future
