There is no growth, no fast promotion channel, nothing value of your skills knowledge. No decision making power to non technical employees specially HR cadare. No user friendly systems eg HRMS etc. Lot of ways for corruption from class IV wireman to senior officials. Work pressure is very high as compared to salary. No proper training to employees.
