As it is purely urban local body which involves local politics and day to day exposure to common people living in city. It is a pure government job and selection is through exam conducted by urban development department. Salary is as per 6 th pay commission. There is no work satisfaction at all and no personal and social growth. Onecan not apply his knowledge,skills at his best. Work environment is that good but again its depend on what one should want.it is good job for one who wants a job security, salary on time, settle down a mid level life, scared to learn new things and explore. But those who are passionate about carrier, full potential, apply knowledge in better way this job is not perfect. There is only thing with one can satisfy is salary without any tension.
