The strict 9-hour workday adds to the stress, and the pervasive office politics create a toxic environment that undermines teamwork and morale.

Managers are awesome. They are like real friends who will help u grow.

Dislikes

The management is a worthless piece of garbage. They just think about themselves. Don't care about any employee. Forces employees to come when the AQI level was >500 in November 2021. So not employee friendly. Upper management looked like a bunch of fools.
