Very bad company. If you think your skills will be grow then you are wrong. Work culture is very bad . Salary too less. If you think this is a company then again you are wrong

No growth Emergency time they will not support to you. No notice period. They will give immediate termination letter. They told to you that you have to do sales, production, testing, and support call There is nothing for technical person because of who pass 5th class he can also do this things

I worked at Magnatron during Covid in the admin and marketing department. The work culture is very organized and it was a great learning experience. They have patented a green product which saves energy in air conditioners and it is a fabulous invention especially with global warming and the damage were doing to the environment. Thework life balance is good and after work, I still had time to exercise and focus on my other hobbies. I was personally trained by the senior management to learn the design and logic behind the invention which greatly aided me in my marketing pitches. Not too much too dislike, except maybe would have liked them to use more social media to aid in marketing which they seem to be doing now. They have a strong presence in google now.
