I worked at Magnatron during Covid in the admin and marketing department. The work culture is very organized and it was a great learning experience. They have patented a green product which saves energy in air conditioners and it is a fabulous invention especially with global warming and the damage were doing to the environment. The work life balance is good and after work, I still had time to exercise and focus on my other hobbies. I was personally trained by the senior management to learn the design and logic behind the invention which greatly aided me in my marketing pitches. The company is thriving currently and is a great place to work....Read More

Dislikes

Not too much too dislike, except maybe would have liked them to use more social media to aid in marketing which they seem to be doing now. They have a strong presence in google now.
