No growth Emergency time they will not support to you. No notice period. They will give immediate termination letter. They told to you that you have to do sales, production, testing, and support call There is nothing for technical person because of who pass 5th class he can also do this things

...e about working Magnatron International. They didn't support through lockdown. They didn't gave full salary and ordered to work without any proper safety.

Very poor work culture and bad behaviour with the employees.

It is exciting to work in Magnatron. We have a patented product which is constantly being improved to match customer satisfaction. It gives me the opportunity to take up new challenges and fulfilling to be a part of a growing organisation.

I worked here for approx 4 years, developed a communication strategy for them. They have an amazing product that is environment friendly and saves electricity, which is needed in todays world. I learnt a lot about conservation and other important factors that allow me to use the knowledge for my future endeavours. I had a chance to work with the many happy clients overseas and in India which helped my career growth and communication skills.
