Been here for almost 4 months now, Magictap is an excellent workplace for freshers and people who would like to start there career in events technology field. The company offers hands on experience with there Maggie Robot, Photobooth, AR, VR. Culture is good, Boss is Good and understanding untill someone doesnt give him reason to upset. Its a new and fast growing market, They are expanding to US and i can see future with them. I am awaiting my first international event with them :) Cons: There are many freshers who has joined left Magictap at early 2 months , because they are not able to absorb pressure. They have there other commitments, So if one is planning to work and parallely to there study too, Don't come, not a place to join. If you can give your 100% here, Your salary will increase in regular interval, You will be exposed in one year with all type of operations. And it has onground operations involved in operation executive role which sometimes become tidious too....Read More

Work is fast paced , sometimes stressful too but thats been defined in scope of work by them :(
