...nning to work and parallely to there study too, Don't come, not a place to join. If you can give your 100% here, Your salary will increase in regular interval, You will be exposed in one year with all type of operations. And it has onground operations involved in operation executive role which sometimes become tidious too.

Dislikes

Work is fast paced , sometimes stressful too but thats been defined in scope of work by them :(

tHe Company uses the latest event technology to make the event engaging, there is always something to learn. Specially when its event season, they work non-stop, They have volume of events. Everybody works as team before event and on the team to ensure gets succesful. Founder works with us so closely that we never feel that he is a boss, he is more like a friend and true helpful person.

Dislikes

No work life balance, if you are coming to work here 10-7, i can tell you if its off season , one can go home at time ,but they work at off season too :D so getting time for ourself is very difficult at magictap, but parallley its rewarding with lot of hidden benefits. But i cant deny that its overloaded at events season.

The best thing working here is that there is tremendous learning and experience.

Dislikes

There is no dislike about Magictap but we all working in event industry where we had to work with no time restrictions. That's sad reality. Event happens in night.
