I believe they were hiring keeping some future project in mind , hence they were open to any salary . They did offer me a nice salary .
1. They have a tracking tool in place , which tracks all your activities . And they need 8 hours of productivity . And they have a list of productive tools / websites which are only considered productive . For example , they dont consider UDEMY as productive , so if u plan on learning new things for the project via udemy , thats notproductivity . Like wise for many useful sites , blogs etc . So completing 8 hours is a pain . 2. The upper management will talk nicely , and say we are always there , but when the time comes , u r not the priority , the client is . 3. Please do not get into pearson projects , they are all shit . They will make you do the BAKWASS work , and the pearson team will do all the smart work . 4. At the end i would say , just take the offer and make a counter somewhere else , dont join Magic . 5. Just another bol baccan company 6. All of the employees are very supportive but not the managers.
Office politics is ruining the company reputation, one of the manager is not very unprofessional that’s why may be that person is playing scrum master role for internal projects only, this company can throw you out by just putting you in a PFP(Performance Focus Plan), this is just the way they have found to throw someone out of the organisation. They can put anyone on PFP without giving any valid reason and can be say to satisfy their ego. They don’t ever care what client thinks about an employee or without any escalation they can put anyone on PFP. HR is just a parrot here they only follows what any manager already have decided. Some seniors are very supportive and very friendly. They will always available to help you but some are very rude they even never replied on the wishes.
Work culture. If employee works on 11-12 hrs in a 8hr shift then its okay but if employee take leave because of personal reasons then manager did fnf and said u r not the right fit for this position, you are nut working properly, you have quality issues etc etc.

There is nothing much to write for this company. While salary is good & above industry standard, this is the only good point.
Lot of politics. Many things are happening behind back that impacts moral & job security. These back stabbers fill ears of management. Unfortunately I felt that management supported such back stabbers and listened to them without verifying facts. Politics has ruined the environment. Improper management of trainees, associates. Leading to excessive workload on leads. No proper skill based guiding, you'll be given the work and you have to sort things out on your own. Majority of the projects are always under escalation, hence you will never have a breathe and will be required to work 10-12 hours on an average to meet ends.
