Office politics is ruining the company reputation, one of the manager is not very unprofessional that’s why may be that person is playing scrum master role for internal projects only, this company can throw you out by just putting you in a PFP(Performance Focus Plan), this is just the way they have found to throw someone out of the organisation. They can put anyone on PFP without giving any valid reason and can be say to satisfy their ego.
