I like nothing. The management and HR are so biased that you will be puppet in there hands.I won't recommend anybody to join Maersk Damco. The HR will listen only to managers and TL. He has nothing to do with employees and there problems.The 95 % employees with me left the organization and rest are being tortured daily.

Dislikes

The management. The HR of Damco Maersk. They make employees work like animals and Robert. No tym to enjoy personal life. If you take stand on right things they will not not promote you nor give any rewards and make you struggle more and more. By the time you u will be so pissed off that you will resign and leave the company. Due to less employee we were made to work overtime. Even overtime payment was stopped. Every body was forced to work on Saturdays. Inspite of knowing all the stories the management and HR would never take any action. Rather HR would narrate all the points along will employees name who have issues against anybody....Read More

It's not about just work but overall employees development also been considered...The person grows not only in salary terms but also with good knowledge sound Teammates are very supportive and motivated.
