Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Kindly help me in choosing right offer, considering Job security and growth. So far I primarily worked in Banking and Financial Services domain. Do i need to choose company based on domain? Does it matter for Technical/Software Developers? Maersk offer is 2.5LPA more than Nasdaq. please share thoughts on work-culture, Work-Life Balance as well. - YOE: 8.5 - Offers: Nasdaq, Maersk, Thomson Reuters - Skills: Java, SpringBoot, Docker, Kubernetes,AWS, Angular

Maersk might offer solid growth in logistics and supply chain, while Nasdaq has a finance focus, which could tie into your banking experience. What excites you more?🤔

Thomson Reuters could provide a balance between work-life and growth, especially if you're interested in data-heavy applications. Has it been a top contender for you?

Bro, with 8.5 years of experience, Maersk’s higher salary is tempting, but consider the long-term career growth. Nasdaq might offer more tech-centric opportunities depending on their projects.
