Likes

The company has a good brand value and also lives upto it. I am glad to be associated with a top shipping line. Maersk associates itself with cultures and it is strictly followed in the company that includes integrity and honesty and other modest values.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

The growth is terms of role and salary is slow. The rate at which appraisals are carried out is low also considering the market profits the company makes. There are colleagues that are involved in politics like most companies i suppose. However there is transparency to walk to the top management to always clear out such difficulties. Leaving aside bad colleagues and salary structure, this may be a really good place to work in....Read More
