I have worked for Chennai GSC for 4 year 8 months and it’s been an amazing journey for me. Work culture is really amazing as most of the employees are localities and it was a very good work environment. The management was very humble and they motivate you if you’re a workaholic. Company benefits are so pleasing. You will be rewardedwith additional perks for your efforts and yearly bonuses are fantastic. About job security, you will feel like working for a government organisation where you will never be asked to leave your job or be terminated. I have seen people working for over a decade. Career growth is totally depends on how much you care about your job and how much you put your efforts into it. The more you work, more opportunities follow along. Management could be a pain in the a** sometimes if they needed something done on priority. Work-life balance is something you need to focus on. It was a bit hard for me to manage both, being worked in night shifts. Language barrier was one of the hardest thing for me to overcome. Being in Chennai, most of the people speaks the local language and it was very hard to find someone speaking in English. No training will be provided. You have to learn on your own by budding up next to someone else. You may be asked to extend your shift or even workon weekend for additional tasks for which you won’t get paid. Initially it was very interesting to learn new stuff and you will get to learn more about it as the process is totally dynamic. Work-life balance will be a bit hard to manage if you work hard and are given more responsibilities
