Easy going, not too much pressure, no rivalry or internal toxicity within faculties, helpful administration, accommodation is good, salary is regular and given middle of the month.

Dislikes

Poor student quality, not much scope to grow as a faculty or teacher, limited research or innovative activities, no regular increment, 3 month of notice period to be served

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
