Generally, they provide job on training for any candidate who are new entrants. Management is quite cooperative in this pandemic as they have never been deducted salary tilldate nor delayed. There is no any systematic approach of work. All employees need to work according to type of work as they get to finish. But they have initiated for opting ISO certification to bring all work in systematic approach. No PF No ESI No extra value of overtime work! No traveling insurance They are in practice for establishing good Industrial practices for employees growth, exploring career but at slow pace. But one time bonus of some good amount offer by them if candidates successfully completed two years with their firm....Read More
