The quality of work at this company is below standard and Job security is not guaranteed regardless of tenure or position I.e HOD. The managers are well connected individuals resulting in negative political environment and mgrs are outdated individuals which can't get job in outside world. Except few individuals which are talented. Joining this organization may leave the impression of wasted time.Staying at extended period can lead to feeling stagnant and unchallenged. Opportunity are limited due to low quality of work and no promotion .In fact up and out are very common and standard line role become redundant .Sydney driven across the world same scenario. especially for young people stay away it restricts options for growth and learning....Read More
