I have been associated with this organization for around 6 months now and today after spending good time with the company I am wrong my observations. 1. Work culture and environment is good. 2. High target oriented company

Since I have been working with this comany there are many LOOPHOLES with the organization which I found very strange. Now in this professional corporate world every company have their policies let it be MNC, Mid size and small companies as well follow their policies very very strict, also when we join the companies they ask their employees to sign the policies also. Now with Machintel they have a policy to keep their employee personal belongings (mobile) out of the floor in the small drawer where there is no security to take care. Due to this policy my mobile phone was stolen from the office premises due to Machintel negligence. The culprit who stole my phone was from my office and he was terminated and company did not take any initiate to compensate for my Financial Loss. I would urge people who are going to join this company should think multiple times before joining Machintel as employees mobile phones are not at all Secure in this organization....Read More
