I left the company in Sep-2023 after working for 1.25 years. Following things are I have observed. The increasing politics in company , esp. in Technical Dept. The main reason is Team Leader. . Let's suppose you have 4 tasks: A,B,C and D. There is grading given to all tasks for quartely evaluation of all employees of all Dept. First, she tells you that she will assing grade to Task D. Other taks have grades. But she won't. Then she said to merge that D into C. Don't keep it seperate to show. So as a result, at end you will work on all tasks but get grades for only 3 , that means D task is done on free & there is no grade for it. Because, she doesn't want to give it. The another thing is the other problem is the Head of Technical Dept. does not look into this matter. Don't know whether he knows such things or not yet. It is absolutely ridiculous and saddened to see our efforts, time and intellect are going to be wasted for the task which is not even graded i.e. free totally. HR: HR is Enfeeble person. He does not keep anything to him whatever you say to him. He tell that to Team Leader. I don't understand why he can't keep anything to him. Like women, who can't keep secrets, he does not keep anything into his mind. Even if you asked how to do leave calculations, he will tell that to TL that the X person of your team come to me to ask this thing. He is very weak.
