If you're seeking for career stability then it's a good option for you. But if you're young and want to explore yourself then this is not your cup of tea. I had worked here and if you will ask then I will not recommend you at all. They don't have any culture they are just running there shop without any rules or policy. They will not give you salary on time, sometimes they will deduct your salary if your take leave.
