Our office timing policy ensures operational efficiency while also providing flexibility, with working hours designed to meet both individual and business needs. To support this, we offer flexible working hours, with office entry between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM and exit between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM, ensuring a total of 9 working hours per day. Team members who are unable to complete their tasks within these hours may stay back to finish them. Additionally, for those facing challenges due to a lack of knowledge or skills and experience we provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to help them improve While there may be instances where extended work hours are required to meet deadlines, we strive to recognize and appreciate the efforts of our team members. Regarding leave approvals, we aim to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring business continuity. If you have experienced challenges in this area, we encourage open discussions with your manager or HR to find a fair resolution.
