Work life balance is worst, there is a fixed timing to come to office but no out time is fixed. Manager don't appreciate even if we sit back and complete the work, leaves are not approved and work from home is given when we take leave and they are approved. According to manager, if I'm sitting in the office then you should also sit.Going to lunch is not on time but coming back from lunch is fixed. Even if want tea break we need to take permission from manager. Some days if we reach 10 min late in office they consider half day but if we sit 2 hours extra for work they don't pay ot and don't even appreciate....Read More

Work life balance is the worst, there is no time to leave the office especially for the detailing team in which I'm working and no one appreciates for the work you have completed sitting over time. Also there is no over time paid for the extra time you are sitting in the office. No one cares about your emergency or any personal work. Managers does not support you in any way.
