Only positive that comes out of a public sector job is the job security

1. Heavy Red tapism 2. Constant nagging for field information 3. Bad management and incompetency is rewarded 4. No fixed holidays or working hours

Work Details

Really sad, staying in a sub district , government residence is surrounded on two sides by sewage water. No time for family.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
