Infra is good, and hybrid work is good.

There is lot of politics in teams, and there is favouritism of individuals in management, overall it will seem good but you wont know when you were dragged into team politics and it may also cost your job. Senior employees and the ones that are from long time are controlling the politics play in the team. Was terrible working here, will suggest to avoid if possible.
