I like the work culture is awesome , TL approves wfh whenever we required without asking questions, team is so nice and always ready to help.

Well no dislikes but yes there should be some free time activities should be available like table tennis , snockers etc instead of pc for playing games(Just a suggestion)

The office was pretty and you could work from home if need be

No work life balance what so ever. You're at the mercy of your manager for approvals which comes down to personal preference. Work isn't distributed homogeneously. Rude behavior of superiors towards their subordinates isn't pointed out by the upper management.
