There is no like to write about Lyca Digital. Everything is unlike

Culture is worse, no growth, no training, no job security, no appraisal, no travel, no innovation. But there is only politics. CDO and CTO with HR plays the major role. They can create rules as per there wish and amend at midnight. During Covid-19, the whole world was staying safe, but we had to work from office with 100% occupany which includes 2 corona affected employees. Refused to work were the first target. The company uses technology of 90s. Manager do not value an individuals strengths. There are only 2 managers for the whole technology with poor technical skills....Read More
