Lack of team building events and no program to offer direct feedback for employee. With teams it can vary but this has been my experience.

Lot of existing banking projects, Good health insurance policy.

Firstly they don't have projects. I have worked for them for 3.5 months and didn't get a single opportunity. Career hub manager, recruiter are useless, they don't respond to emails or teams chat or even scold you if you ping or call them. You'll feel isolated as there is no one to connect too. They are asking candidates to be flexible to move to another location for projects and if we say no then they are triggering the notice period from backend if we fail to get a project within 2 months. So, bench policy is there. If you are lucky enough to get a opportunity, then client interviews are too tough to crack here. They are conducting multiple rounds of interviews again before onboarding you into the project. Don't go or follow the Glassdoor reviews as I have made that mistake and joined this company. Past few months was too stressful for me. Also, if you are thinking about joining this company considering it's a child company of DXC then please don't as they don't have DXC projects. They are still independent company with lack of projects. They have openings for particular skills only so before joining them better ask them about the projects or ask them to conduct client interview first and then join else you will face the same situation as most of the new joiners faced here....Read More

Internal mobility within consulting firm, but weather you can make it is up to your skillset match, it could be at this scenario that you need relocation, but company don't have enough budget to apply visa for you, or the oversea pay is lower than what you are currently taking home.

Dislikes

Insurance: cant cover parents if you are single. only child or spause. job security : very low, the project can be closed randomly, and account manager just inform you to serve notice period all of a sudden. increment: you barely get any increment and there will be a delayed payment of your increment ( 4-5 months) so that the company can hold you from resigning.

Excellent interview process - no unnecessary questions. Interview was more like a discussion. It was mutual, not like the usual "interrogation" type. But that discussion really measures the candidate's knowledge. Highly skilled Team Transparent Internal Mobility Process Friendly HRs and Recruiters who really want to help us, they will reply to us in one ping and answer to our calls promptly. Highly approachable. Managers are also approachable, I did not feel any barrier to get in touch with my Manager unlike other companies Virtual first policy, no forced work from office unless the Client specifies so. High quality work equipment provided. Be it the Laptop, the extra big monitor, the headphone or any other things & goodies. Top notch internal training framework. The Trainers are dedicated trainers, not someone who works in some project and takes an extra hour to train the staff. Not much as of now. As Luxoft is a young company, can't comment on the Job security perspective. But if we are skilled and updated, then Job Security doesn't matter.
