Nothing to be honest as my experience was terrible.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No individual respect. HR policies are extremely bad and HR has really no role in listening to employees concerns and they only follow instructions from the managers. No professionalism. Difficult to find a new project once your existing project is over.

Working with Luxoft has given me a job satisfaction and opportunity to work in a healthy environment where I can upgrade my self by learning new modules in Murex

Dislikes

The only think I dislike about Luxoft is not compensating the my internet bills while working from home

The best part of working with Luxoft is their wide range of clients at various locations across globe. This gives the opportunity to explore and learn different practices followed by various clients.

Dislikes

Annual growth in compensation is is not up the mark.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
