Workers from state like gujrat trying to dominate in this company and they suppress other state guys So I would like to suggest you one thing just Repeal the dominance of any state labour Everything should be depend on skills ,experience or education

Lupin Nature was good .I was proud filling to I was working in lupin .I think lupin LTD very good carering to all employees.Lupin most important is GDP practice.And I like all policy.

All good but production employee not envolved any function.his don't participate any programs.so I don't like that.
