The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was part of a team that kmarkets reliable, high quality products and has aa global client base.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high . Sometimes , I have to work more then 14 -16 hours straight in a day. Night time reaveling . I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed in quater meeting and senior joint field working. And seniors thinks like they are hittler and B.E. Is only for listen bad words, and pining each time. Managers reach at home when B.E. Is on leave for confirmation. B.e was not have rights to say something only for listening.
