Lupin pharmaceutical make a trained and qualified person to their emlopyies. Communication skills, personal growth, and discipline are main column of lupin pharma. During lockdown all guidelines are followed by all employies including management. Social destencing is maintained, weared mask always and employee who come in the factory or office, thermal screening is compulsory for each. Also extra compensations paid by company during lockdown. Whenever any employee take the leave that time twelve hours duty have to perform their colleagues. Immunity power can't be maintain due to more hours duty. Employee is frustrated during extra working hours. Healthy food is not served in canteen. Yearly increament slab is very low. Standard duration is not fixed for promoting the employee.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Job is not secure, working culture not good, management system good but some people break the system.

Dislikes

Salary structure very poor. Only management groth high but employee groth rate very low. Extra working hours perform daily. Performance rating system good but manger has already dicided employee performance. Canteen facility is very poor. I am not satisfied with lunch or dinner during my job period.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
